Replacement and Refunds Policy Of Webmi.in Thank you for shopping at webmi. Please read this policy carefully. This is the Return and Refund Policy of webmi.

We have Created a Multidimensional Comprehensive Money Refund Policy for Webmi Users/Clients Who Involved in Purchase of Various Products & Services Form Webmi.

We Will Give Our Clients/ Users 15 Day Refund Guaranty.

(A) Refund Policy for Read to Eat Products (WebMi Shop): 

  1. Get Replacement of Product: 

When Our User/client Not Satisfy With Our Products (Website, Software, Apps, Web Applications, Graphics & Video Works) then We Will Give You Replacement of Our Product in Case of

  1. Our Product is Damaged (After Verification By Our Technical Team)
  2. Technical Fault in Our Product/ Services (After Verification By Our Technical Team)

  2. Timely Not Deliver the Project: When our Team not able To the Deliver the Project on Given Time (Time Mention in Contract) then we Will give You Per Day 1% Money of your Product Cost as a Refund in Webmi Wallet After the Proper Verification By By Our Sales Team.

Note: Only Business Days/Working Days are Count in Project Delivery time.

(2). When User Purchased a Wrong Product From Webmi Shop then User Get Refund:

  • For Wallet Refund: 

when user purchased a wrong Product then User Need To Claim his Refund Within 7  Days of Product Purchase then User Get 100% Refund in Webmi Wallet.

When User Not Claim his Refund Within 7 Day of Purchase then Your Paid Refund Period Will Start that Means We Will Refund Your Money After 7 Days After Charging our Per Day Service Cost that is 1% Per day for Next 8 Days.

  • For Bank Account:

When a user purchased a wrong Product then User Need To Claim his Refund Within 2 Days of Product Purchase then User Get 95% Refund in Bank Account that Will Reflected in 7 Business Working Days.(5% Charge for Refund).

When User Not Claim his Refund Within 2 Day of Purchase then Your Paid Refund Period Will Start that Means We Will Refund Your Money After 2 Days After Charging our Per Day Service Cost that is 3% Per day for Next 13 Days.

When User Cross the 15 Day Refund Period the User/Client not get any refund.   

(B) Refund Policy for Read to Eat Services at WebMi Shop

When a User Purchase a Service (Digital Marketing Works) From Webmi Shop then User Get 95% Refund Only in Wallet But User Need To Claim his Refund Within 2 Days of Purchase. After that We Will Not Give You any Refund.

(C) Refund Policy For Custom Products:

We Accept Custom Projects (Products/Services) As Per the Clients Requirements Where Paid Refund Rule Will be Apply to Your Clients When Not Mention in Contract (Signed By Webmi Digital Solutions LLP and Clients).

Paid Refund Rule: We Will Charge 3% per Day For Next 13 Days (2 Days Claim Time) + 5% Refund Charge in Advance Money that we have Collected From our Client. When User Claim his Refund within 2 Days we will Charge only 5% From Client/user.

(D) Refund Policy For Business Registration/Protection Works:

We Will Give You 95% Refund in Wallet Transfer & 10% Charge For Bank Account Transfer When a User Claim his Refund Within 2 Days After Payment and After that We Will Charge 5% For Wallet and 15% For Bank Account Refund Within 15 Days.

(E) Refund Policy For Graphics & Video Works: 

Bank Account Transfer: We Will Charge 3% per Day For Next 14 Days (After 1 Days Claim Time) + 5% Refund Charge in Advance Money/full Money that we have Collected From Our Client.

Wallet Transfer: When User Claim his Refund within 1 Day then we will Charge only 5% as a Refund Charge From Client/user. Rest of all Money Will be Transferred To Your Webmi Wallet.

When User Claim his Refund Within 1 Day in Bank Account We Will Charge 10% For Refund Fee.
